Louis Vuitton Petite Malle Bag has just undergone a total makeover! It’s okay to be obsessed since this bag is evocative of France’s royalty days! Without further ado, this is the newest and trendiest Louis Vuitton Parisian Petite Malle Bag.
A widely recognized icon in the House of Louis Vuitton, the newest Petite Malle now features the emblematic S-lock, which has been adorned with chiseled metallic elements reminiscent of the ornaments that bedecked Parisian monuments. With this perfect combination, the result is a remarkable architectural and fashion piece that will grab the attention of almost everyone at any gala events. And oh, you’ll also notice that this unique fashion statement is inspired by Louis Vuitton iconic trunks.
Comparing it with the original version, this one proudly sports the newest S lock while its progenitor features a golden-colored S lock. The former version also features the three printed crosses signature of beau monde photographer Albert Khan.
Now let’s move on to its bag details. It features a Monogram coated canvas and calfskin exterior paired with silver and gold colored metallic pieces with enamel. The most prominent part of this bag would be the iconic S-lock clasp with a magnetic closure. It also features Malletage printed lining for an added touch of elegance and has a removable, adjustable strap for easy shoulder carrying.

The Louis Vuitton Malletage Twist Bag is not a new bag but the new ‘Monogram Flower Malletage’ print is. It’s time to turn your heads and pay close attention to this new Louis Vuitton Flower Malletage Twist Bag as it is the true embodiment of flower power.
For this latest version of the Twist, you can see that it has been transformed into an evening style staple. Made with intricate and delicate embroidery subtly reproducing the Monogram flowers, this bag further adds a touch of femininity on the emblematic Malletage pattern set on a glossy and black patent leather. Because of this style, it results in a lightly padded feel for an even more sensual and appeasing touch.
If you are a true bagaholic, you’ll instantly notice that the thick padded quilting reminds you a little bit of the cannage stitching from Dior. The only difference is that this Louis Vuitton bag has flower and round patterns, like a luxuriously well-decorated quilting.
It features a sliding chain strap with leather shoulder pad for an added sense of ease and comfort for shoulder carrying. With a perfectly black backdrop, the silver color metallic pieces on the other hand made the design stand out. It also features a tone-on-tone edge dyeing.
For compartments, it has an inside pocket and a back zipped pocket to keep your things organized. It measures 11.8” x 9.4” x 4.3” (L x H x W) inches and is priced $4400 USD, €2900 euro, £2700 GBP, €2900 euro, $31500 HKD, $4950 CAD, $5150 AUD, ¥494640 JPY via Louis Vuitton boutiques.
Brazza wallets. Long wallets. Both look the same, with one key difference.
Louis Vuitton long wallets come in a variety of choices. Epi, Taurillon, Taiga, and coated canvas the house is famous for, and much more. It’s a dependable wallet, one that you can find use for, everyday. So if you’re a fan of LV and if you don’t have one yet, it’s hard to imagine why not.
When I bought myself an LV wallet, I wasn’t able to read up enough blog posts or Youtube videos of what I might want. At the back of my head, I thought that there was only one kind of long wallet. (My purchase interests did not veer into flap wallets or zippy wallets that LV also has).
In case you’re wondering, the same looking wallet is called two things: the Long Wallet, and the Brazza Wallet. There is one key significance between the two. And we’ll find out more in the photos below.
The wallets all have 16 card slots, with an extra slip-on pocket where the Louis Vuitton logo can be seen. There’s two bill pockets (one wider than the other) helping you part your cash when necessary. And there are two flat slip pockets also for other odds and ends you might want to insert there (older styles have three flat slip pockets). You’ll notice that the Brazza wallet has a tiny little zipper pull, supposedly for perhaps coins. But myself I never had the heart to put coins in that compartment ever.
The Long Wallet is the same in almost everything. Except for one glaring fact: this kind does not have a zipper pocket. Which could be a downer for some, so they can instead get a Brazza.
After several years with my own Brazza wallet, I realized several things. One, I didn’t have much use for the zippered pocket. And because it’s a hanging metal zipper pull, it tends to leave a mark on the leather where it rests: both dents and metal stains. It’s not a big deal though. But for a zippered pocket I thought I would use and while ending up not using it at all, on hindsight I should have gotten the Long Wallet instead.
Long Wallets, in my way of using it, would have been the perfect wallet for me. No zippers, no dents, no metal stains. So the wallet would end up sleeker, and perhaps less trouble some to carry around.
I’m not saying the Brazza Wallet’s zippered pocket is awful though. It’s just as beautiful. There are wallet users that prefer and use the wallet compartment too. And if you’re find carrying coins in a wallet where you carry cards too, there’s nothing wrong with that. The added bonus of having a wallet that doubles as a coin holder should not be a problem.
So in case you’re interested to buy a wallet in this form factor from Louis Vuitton, I hope this article helps highlight what I glossed over when it was my turn buying one. For me, I guess it’s time to buy a new one!Handbags
